1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use WorldlyChat. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and keep it updated. One person may not maintain more than one account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to impersonate others, post illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, or discriminatory content, harm or endanger minors, harass or stalk other users, spam or scam, access other accounts without authorization, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, use bots or scrapers, or interfere with the App's security.

Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or permanent account termination.

4. Reporting & Moderation

WorldlyChat provides tools to report users and content that violate these Terms. We review reports and may take action including warnings, content removal, or account suspension/termination.

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you post on WorldlyChat. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and transmit that content solely to operate the App's features.

6. Safety Disclaimer

WorldlyChat facilitates connections between travelers and locals. We do not conduct background checks on users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, online and in person. Never share sensitive personal or financial information, meet new people in public places, and report any suspicious behavior immediately.

WorldlyChat is not liable for the conduct of any user or for interactions, meetings, or transactions arising from use of the App.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your own account at any time from Settings; this action is permanent and irreversible.

8. Intellectual Property

The WorldlyChat name, logo, design, and underlying software are the property of WorldlyChat and may not be copied or reproduced without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

WorldlyChat is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. WorldlyChat is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including damages resulting from interactions with other users.

10. Changes to the App and These Terms

We may update or discontinue features of the App at any time, and may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights under the laws of your country of residence.
